Workbench Tools Overview

Workbench is an integrated development environment—meaning it contains all the tools you need to manage your entire back end process from data source to portal. These tools include former Diver Solution components:

• Visual Integrator—Define steps for the extraction, transformation and loading of raw data into cBases, classic Models, and Measures
• Production—Configure repeatable process flows for the automation of data preparation and delivery tasks in a scheduled live environment
• DiveMaster—Organize the cBase and classic model data by categorizing columns for easy access by the end users. For classic Models, merge and consolidate data sets
• DIAL (Dimensional Insight Access Language)—Prepare and schedule email delivery of reports for targeted users
• Visual Builder—Define and build the indexed data structure known as a classic model

Workbench also includes these new Diver Platform options:

• Spectre—Define, build, manipulate, and query the columnar data structure known as a cBase
• DiveTab—Design and build a configuration layer that presents data and multimedia to users on an iPad, PC, or phone
• Measure Factory—Configure and automate the application of domain-specific rules using a rules engine
